11/1: St. James the Less Free Clinic 20th Anniversary-- After the 10am service on Nov. 1, 2026 there will be a Blessing of the SJtL Free Clinic followed by a Reception in the Parish Hall. We hope you will join us!
Now -> 11/7: Brunswick Stew! See link above to reserve stew. We are selling our FAMOUS St. James the Less blend of Brunswick stew again this year on Saturday, November 7th. Pick up for stew will be in the parking lot from 2:30p-5p at 125 Beverly Rd. Stew is $15 per quart. During the 2:30-5pm time we will also be having an oyster roast, bake sale and yard sale. If you'd like to volunteer to help the day of or preparations the day before, we would love it!
11/8: Stewardship Sunday & Luncheon (Parish wide) following the 10am service.
11/11: Veteran’s Day Breakfast -- Please join us for our Eucharist Service on Wednesday, November 11th at 7:30am, followed by a breakfast. Please invite your friends and family that are veterans. This is open to everyone as a way to honor those who have served.
11/15: Contemplative Service 5pm
11/26 and 11/27: Office closed
11/29: Advent Fair/Alternative Gift Market after the 10am service.

St. James the Less has served the Ashland community for over 150 years. Founded in faith and sustained by generations of devoted parishioners, we have grown into a vibrant, multigenerational parish that reflects the diversity and compassion of Jesus’ love.
From our earliest days, St. James the Less has remained committed to two things: faithful worship and faithful service. Over the years, we've expanded our ministries to reach more people—launching our free clinic, youth programs, and outreach initiatives. We are rooted in tradition and open to newness.
