My name is William Reed and my family and I have been attending St. James the Less for 11 yrs. We came to Ashland in 2007 and early in 2008 found the Church. We immediately found it very welcoming and met many wonderful people who made us feel right at home. Our boys have all been participating within the Church whether as an Acolyte or in the St. Cecilia Choir. My wife has also volunteered regularly for events like “Vacation Bible School,” and was also a longtime Sunday School Teacher. We feel it is important to engage and play an active part of Church as much as we can. I am originally from Colorado and grew up in a couple small towns, so living in a community like Ashland really feels like home as it is a small town. I also have interests in Historic Narrow Gauge Railroads, Cycling, and many other outdoor activities. I am really honored and blessed to have the opportunity to serve on the Vestry and contribute as much as I can for the betterment of St. James the Less. This is an exciting time for the Church with the enthusiasm Rock has brought to Congregation and I’m very happy to support the direction we are going.
